Its very frustrating when I stare at a string of letters and numbers and symbols and I don't understand why is the formula written this way, how it is derived, and the concept behind.

I used to be complacent, accepting whatever formulas and equations the textbook gave me. Now? I am stumped by the simplest concepts, and I can't answer my own question when I ask "why is it this way?"

I can just sit down and read through every single piece of notes all over again, but I don't have the time.
