(Held up a small bottle of obviously-cannot-be-drunk-liquid)
'Class, do you think u can drink this?'
'No...'(some hestiating)
'Yes u can drink this! Only once.'
(Held up a self-made boomerang)
'This is a guarantee-return boomerang. If you throw this out, it will come definitely come back.
Another reason why its called a guarantee-return boomerang is becos if u throw it at your fren, ur fren will throw back at you.'

I watched abit only..not as nice as infernal affairs haha.
Well what if one day an asteroid is really going to hit earth, and unlike the movie, in this case there's no way u can stop the asteroid i.e. everyone is going to die.
What will you do in the last few days tts left?
Think about it.
Haix..my nightmare is going to begin....
2 competitions. One in July, one in August. I will be competing with my two dear friends. Suay suay both have bad experiences with my sch they hate it so they will try their best to do me in.
Both are the experts in their respective fields. They are the ones who taught me those stuff. I am the noob here.
Stress.
One box of ice.
'Girl come, take this hammer smash this ice.'
(hit)(ice shatters)
Another box of ice.
'The strongest guy, come and smash this ice.'
(HIT)(ice never break)
'Know why the ice never break? Cos the ice is covered with tissue paper. Can anyone explain y?'
'Issit becos the tissue paper absorb the shock?'
'What?!?So i put tissue paper on your face and i punch your face u wun feel pain la?'
I like the way this guy tried to explain lol.

My entry seems to contradict what the rest said abt the match...maybe becos i sat wif my frens more towards the MJ side so i made some judgement mistakes.
Nvm, its all over...
The morning after the match the principal was obviously not in a good mood....we got a 'Don't be ridiculous' from her after some crazy pple shouted 'half day'.
Even the tchers were surprised...they had expected the principal to stil give us half day..
On fri, she apologised for the outburst of emotions which caused some pple to go out of the hall in a lousy mood...said she couldnt sleep well the previous night..so apologised...
Our hockey girls retained their title. We got a half day for tt.
(THAT pe tcher was saying rj got 18 national titles last yr..if they have half days for each title they no need attend lessons liaox..in response to tt i said to my fren: cos rj mugger sch ma, we are not)
Family warmth. I experienced it today.

Soccer finals. National Stadium. VJ vs MJ. VJ were in the finals for the past 4 years. MJ first time. VJ soccer coach is national u-18 team coach. MJ soccer has 2 national players. We met in the second round of the games. Vj won 3-0.
Today, we lost.
1-1 in full time. No goals in sudden death. Lost 4-5 in penalty shootout.
What happened? They were thrashing other teams in the earlier rounds, only drawing once wif CJ in the first round because they were already in the 2nd round so they rested their main players.
Complacency? i personally think so. Even before they played their semis the tchers already anticipated they will be in finals.
'I don't think i will see u next wed for maths tutorial cos most likely half day'
Same response from my friends.
'Aiya sure win de la!'
'Its so obvious...'
Even the principal.
'We are quite confident of our boys la'
Perhaps the players themselves think so too.
Anyway, both teams played very well...but MJ put up a better fight..if not for the penalty we would have lost in the 90mins liaox.
In my opinion the match itself is not the main attraction of the match..i tink the atmosphere is. Or rather, the cheering and drumming from the crowd.
Where are all the Victorians when the players needed support? MJ pple took up more than 2/3 of the grandstand, only a corner taken up by us.
VJ? Whole school went for support? What crap.
'Are you going down to support today?'
'Obviously not!'
This scene is being repeated many times over.
Maybe Victorians dont noe the importance of supporting and cheering.
Victorian spirit? What crap.
MJ pple turned up in full force. And they are all so supportive...cheering all the way, never giving up.
I can feel that their hearts went out to the players.
I tink the principal made a big mistake today=>giving us half day off.
'Can i trust you to go down to the stadium yourselves to support them?'
'Yes!!!'(resounding)
What happened in the end?
Why are only the Red-shirts (aka the SCs in charge of cheering) getting us to cheer on? Shouldnt every single SC be part of it?esp in such an important match? There are only about 10 or so Red-shirts.
I tink MJ was a more vibrant crowd todae, cheering on and on and on. More active, more supportive, louder, fiercer etc.....
VJ well known for cheering and supporting their fellow schoolmates? What crap.
WE didnt only lose in the game. In terms of school spirit, school unity, support for fellow schoolmates, we lost completely.
And finally, wil u call a man a real man if he is always acting like king in school, shows off his muscles everywhere he goes...
'NEVER CUP YOUR EARS! MINUS ONE! MINUS TWO!'
...but doesnt even have the courage to look at penalty kicks being taken?
Congrats to the champions.

LEt's talk about seniors today.
For this post i will just refer to those slightly-older-peers in our ccas...
Seniors. The pple who help u through throughout ur years in ur ccas. They are the experienced pple whom we will turn to when we have any probs...(no one in the right mind will go to the teachers)
Have u all met good seniors before?
For me..i'm quite lucky cos i have quite a few vv good seniors..in primary sch everything oso tcher settle...so nvr had chance to meet a senior...
The first senior i met was JX..2 yrs older than me..the vice president of ACAC when i was back in sec1..tt time first time in acac so he talked to us...got us to intro etc..
He was one big joker...like monkey liddat lolx...always made pple happy..
When we were split into grps i went to the grp he led..which was the multimedia grp...he was the one who taught me macromedia director and how to use paint to create my own graphics haha..
His training was never stressful...always vv fun de...learnt alot of things from him..so his training was one of the 2 reasons i always looked forward to cca in lower sec(the other reason becos can see my frens)..
After their batch left next batch came up...was close to 2 of my seniors in the same grp as me..NCC and WL..haha..WL was the grp leader...sometimes i dun like his way of doing things but was close to him cos he's friendly and he lives just opposite me.
In jc i met quite a few good seniors too....esp two of them who help me and my frens alot during the chinese current affairs quiz...
2 others..the former p and vp of icomp...oso helped me alot by giving me advice on stuff such as video taking..or simply made me laugh haha..
I tink seniors form an important part in our lives because they are always ready to help solve our problems...teachers and us age difference too big liaox so talk to them will feel abit uncomfortable..sometimes even get scolded..whereas seniors are nearer to our ages, talk to them more comfortable..like frens liddat..haha..
A BIG thank you to all of them!

WHich is better?
A school tt is so huge u can get lost inside, with facilities more than wat ur community centre can provide, when u are in the school compound, it is so eeriely quiet, only a few souls around..huge empty space all ard u...*gush of wind*
Or a school which is quite small, u only need half an hour to know every single location in the school, not so much facilities though still enough la, when u are in the school compund, everywhere u see frens walking ard, everywhere is crowded and noisy..
I prefer the latter.

Quite some time ago vj held their SC investiture...then they invited this guest of honour to come...i listened to his speech and he said something like this(since it happened so long ago i cant rmb the exact words liaox..hope the meaning is still there)
Anyway..he was saying there are four types of pple in this world....
THe first type of pple are those who make the world go round.
THe second type of pple are those who watch the world go round.
The third type of pple lives day by day without even knowing tt the world is going round.
The last type of pple sits there and watch the world go round, then comes up wif all sorts of complains abt the world going round.
Yesterday the straits times saturday special talk abt pple who quit their high paying jobs to study religion...wif some pple ending up becoming nuns and priests...some pple had $2000++ jobs, but drop tt becos they realise it is not wat they want. Now they are living on $50 allowance....
I'm quite amazed at their courage to drop everything they have to find out more abt life etc.. maybe next time i should go study too...
Err no la..i dun mean become monk...not prepared yet lol...but just study more abt religion..
More abt the philosophy actually...religion seems abit....never mind. Later say too much my name appears in the headlines.

I'm tired of blogging.
Blogging seems so meaningless nowadays....wat's the use of blogging? To keep track of things that happened to me? TO let my frens noe how good or how bad ur life is?
Y do i haf to blog? Who will read anyway? So wat if they read? They will forget it after closing the window..
So its for myself? Maybe when i grow old i can read it to see how my life was back in the younger days, then cry bitterly tt i had led such a meaningless life, y i didnt do this, y i didnt do tt...
Blogging seems so...restricted....u cant say wat u really want to say...cos u noe ur frens are reading it, cos the government will throw u into jail if u say the wrong things..
Anyway, to fulfil my above tasks....Tues my class was one of few selected to support vj table tennis girls in the finals...it was a tough match against rj..playng right down to the deciding match of the deciding set. We lost.
Fri helped out in filming. The IP students want to do a video to promote vj IP programme to parents in china.Filmed the interviews of some IP china students, filmed the hostel at victoria school, film my house Aquila function and the guitar concert.
Todae went to sch for programming..turn out i was the only one there...tried to solve a question but keep getting output limit exceeded or wrong answer.

.hello
Yesterday was one fun day haha.
Excused from lessons from 11.35pm onwards cos i volunteered to go on a visit to SAF Officer Cadet School..got to skip a chem lecture haha..(but hey my main reason wasnt to skip lessons k..wanted to learn more abt it)
The requirement was minimum 3 per class, no max. Turn out my class most enthu..8 of us going..some classes only 1 guy tio sabo go..
Buses took us to SAFTI MI at jurong there, beside discovery centre...Halfway the journey it rained like mad..we scared the visit will be cancelled becos of the rain..
First thing i noted when we reached there is tt the place is damn big..the buildings were all spread out, then look abit deserted...haha..
BEsides us, there were oso CJ, NJ and (white top, dark blue pants skirts, wear tie one, is SAJC or ACJC?) pple there...
Split up into grps, then led by officer cadets there around..after a brief intro by this officer cadet assigned to my grp, we first went up to a hall which they called gymnasium...some pple there demostrated some forms of fighting la..like locking pples' arms and neutralising them.... then saw their rock wall as well..
Luckily rain stopped by now...can continue walk ard.
One thing special abt this place is tt they built the place according to the contours, instead of levelling the whole ground then build...so could see the place will generally slope upwards or downwards, and the buildings and staircase etc are arched.
After tt went to the parade square..wah very very big leh...the tiles used oso special one, reflects light so not vv hot when they do exercise there...this parade square oso used during their comissional ceremonies..from the square we could see the exxonmobil chinmey on jurong island spewing bright orange flames..
There is this tunnel which leads from the parade square to the dining hall..which they call 'birth canal' (why they called it tt, its bcos the officer cadet course takes 9 months)..they only walk through it after they complete their course, so we got a rare chance to see it..
Oso climbed up a tall tall tower there..the staircase has 265 steps(cos the course is 265 steps long)..again a special one..officers only allowed to go up when they complete their officer course..and they have to use the stairs...when we went we used the lift(reserved for big shots only)..
THe scenery up at the tower vv nice la! Can see the entire jurong estate, NTU, their live firing area, JB etc...by right can even see changi airport tower de..but got mist lingering ard so cant see...sad thing i dun haf camera cannot take pics..(we were allowed to)
Oso went to their bunks to see....hey its 2 person to 1 room leh...like hostel liddat..its so much better than pulau tekong barracks(12 to 1 big room)..then every room got one com leh..the guy say by the time we go in, they should haf internet access liaox(not many coms there haf internet now..scared info leak mah)
Best part is when they show us some of their guns..like the m16, m203 and SAR21..they let us try shooting la..but i didnt go..
Oso got night vision googles, anti tank guns, showed us their field pack, uniform etc..
Tour came to an end at 5 plus...all of us went to the carpark to wait for buses...then some vj pple went to cheer vj cheer -.-''
THe whole place vv good leh...i want to go there next time haha.
The guy told us abt army life until like its vv relaxing leh...he say go NS is like chalet liddat...esp after the dunking accident they put safety as priority..wonder how true issit..
My day did not end there...at night the eng drama pple got performance in PT..kena dragged by fren there.
The performance was vv nice..was laughing my heart out...but the second play hor...abit r(a) la..it was a play abt transsexual la..then one actor act as girl la..then wear skirt until so low can see the ahem crack haha.
And of cos the not so clean scripts..haha..but overall the show rox..i enjoyed it..
THe performance started late, so ended late...reached home at abt midnight....too tired liaox i fell aslp on the sofa..
Todae as usual programming...hot day.
Wah now hor..blogs no longer so simple le leh....blog wrong thing can land u in jail leh...hmm..must watch wat i type next time..
New blog template: To be out before the end of the holidays
Expect to see: brand new template, more content, more interactivity...and maybe a game haha.

Which is better?TJ or VJ?
Nonono..i not comparing the 2 jcs...i'm just thinking whether my life is happier in vj or better if i choose tj....
Which is worse? GOing to the same college as ur friends, but risk missing out on going for competitions because ur same friends are experts in them and u have no chance for getting chosen?
Or going to a different college as ur frens, in which u may have a higher chance of going for competitions but u have to compete wif ur frens in the other college?
Both sound equally bad huh?
To me both TJ and VJ have no difference in terms of studies...both offer good environments for studying....but i chose vj over tj mainly because of icomp and robotics..icomp has quite a reputation and robotics, well i can play ard wif some sophiscated stuff.....
But going vj means getting separated from my 3 good frens G**, G** and F***(not bad word ok, its name of my fren haha)
I always enjoyed hanging around with them..because with them i can hear the best jokes and craps around...from laughing at other pple's MMs(hee) to playing wif accurate english to chinese translators(haha)
After Separation i had mixed feelings about it...without them around sometimes college life vv sianx....everyone mug one...but then i get to learn stuff like coding MM using C, adobe premiere etc..my class and cca frens oso a fun bunch of pple...
Then one friday i went back ahs...then my 3 frens oso came back..as usual we crap alot la..the entire session was short but fun..so i was thinking maybe its better if i had gone to tj..sch life will be more fun(2 of them are in same PW grp la....if i same grp as them, PW won't seem so bad liaox)
Of cos there are times our opinions don't agree de la..so they are minor quarrals(not minor actually, it can get quite bad too)....during these times i would tink, different colleges, less time together, so maybe less friction.................
But then again, the issue of competition. My frens turn out to be pros in programming, MM, director etc...competitions usually only allow a few pple from each college to go de ma..so if i same jc wif them, there's high chance i won't get to go....(not just competition, but oso stuff like courses, workshops etc)
So if i'm in a different college, I have a higher chance of going for competition..but tt will mean competing with them!Which is obviously something i don't want.
JC aside.
Which is better? JC or poly?
Ngee Ann trip yesterday. After MM me and my fren stayed back to see other events ma..we saw stuff like wall-climbing robots, pole-balancing robots, robots tt can sort different coloured pellets, MMs tt really look and run like mouse etc...stuff we nvr get to do in jc..while we learn stupid stuff like 'ideal gas' they are doing such wonderful stuff....
HAIX.
Those questions remain unanswered.
