Haha i was reading vjc's forums and there is this thread where they discussed what one can do while travelling in the MRT.

I particularly like this person's suggestion:

Close ur eyes and go to sleep. Or try to outstare the guy with the bushy moustache sitting opposite you. If he looks away first, stand up point at him and shout, "LOSER!!!"
